These terms govern your use of the KIN Creative website and your engagement with our coaching and marketing services. By using this site or booking a strategy call, you agree to these terms.
Our services
KIN Creative provides marketing, content, lead-generation and coaching services to martial arts school owners. The specifics of any engagement, including scope, fees and deliverables, are defined in a separate written agreement between you and KIN Creative.
Strategy calls
A booked strategy call is a no-obligation consultation. Booking a call does not create a binding services agreement. We ask that you provide accurate information about your school so we can make the call useful.
Automated & AI-assisted communications
By providing your contact information and consent, you acknowledge that KIN Creative may communicate with you using automated and AI-assisted phone calls and SMS / text messaging to qualify, schedule, confirm, remind, and follow up. You may request a human representative or opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling our agent, or emailing marcus@kincreative.io. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
A2P 10DLC & messaging compliance
KIN Creative operates its text-messaging programs in full compliance with U.S. application-to-person (A2P 10DLC) requirements and the TCPA across all states, including registered campaigns, express written opt-in, and honored STOP/HELP/opt-out requests. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
No guarantee of results
While we are confident in our systems and proud of our clients' results, individual outcomes vary based on your market, effort and execution. Revenue figures shown on this site reflect the experiences of specific school owners and are not a promise of your results.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the KIN Creative name, logo, copy and design, is owned by KIN Creative and may not be reproduced without permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.
- Do not submit false information when booking a call.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KIN Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable U.S. federal and state law for U.S.-based clients, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
